📢 Important Announcement – Temporary Closure of Padgate Community Centre
Please be advised that, following damage sustained to the main hall floor at Padgate Community Centre last week, Warrington Borough Council has taken the decision to temporarily close the centre as a precautionary measure.
During the inspection, exposed asbestos was identified, meaning we are currently unable to offer a safe environment for staff, visitors, or community groups. As a result, all existing groups and activities will be temporarily relocated while the issue is investigated and repair costs are assessed.
The safety of our residents and centre users is our top priority. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
