Time to get out out of that rut
Come along every Thursday from 12 noon to 3pm – bring your lunch, and don’t stay at home alone! It’s a great chance to enjoy a natter, play a game of bingo or cards, take part in raffles and quizzes, or even go for a short walk.
Our weekly sit-down chair exercise session lasts 45 minutes, with lively music led by Leanne Parr, who’ll guide us through the moves. Get ready to shake the maracas, bash the drums, and have a laugh!
For those who don't fancy the exercise session, there's dominoes and a variety of other activities to join in with.
Cost
To come along, it’s just £3.50+£2.50, depending on the activities you choose. This helps cover room rent, the exercise teacher, and includes tea, coffee, cake, biscuits, and most importantly – great company and new friendships!
