Description

Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Health Visitor Development Checks offer 1, 2 and 3 year reviews and are by appointment only.

They take place each week at the Barnes Close Family Hub on the following day and time:

  • Monday between 9am - 4pm
