The Hub is here to support people living with dementia and their families. We are a resource for information and support. We can signpost any enquiries on to specific sources pf specialist help if needed. As a walk in centre we can accommodate people at a time convenient for them between 10 - 2 pm. The Hub is easily accessible and in a centralised location in Cwmbran.
