Stay active, meet people, have fun!
The session takes place Mondays 12-13.00pm at Orford Jubilee Hub
It involves various different walking sports and fun activities tailored for over 50s!
Includes:
- Football
- Basketball
- Netball
- Rounders
- Tennis
- Badminton
- Rugby
and lots more!
The project also involves workshops covering topics such as:
- Mental Health
- Cancer Awareness
- Eating well
- Stop smoking
The activity lasts for 1 hour and is followed by a 30 minute social catch up and a brew!
It is included in the Livewire membership / or its £2 for non members
