Role Purpose

The Event Coordinator Volunteer supports the planning and delivery of Tidy Butt and Grounded events, workshops, and community activities. This role ensures events run smoothly, are well-organised, and provide a welcoming, inclusive experience for attendees. It is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and passionate about creating engaging community experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating events, workshops, and community activities.
  • Support event promotion through social media, newsletters, and other channels.
  • Help with logistics including venue setup, registration, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate volunteers and team members during events.
  • Support post-event tasks such as feedback collection, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Ensure events are inclusive, safe, and welcoming for all participants.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members, attendees, and external partners.
  • Contribute ideas to improve events and participant experiences.
