To celebrate Dementia Action Week 2026, the Living Well Hub will be hosting an incredible event to support both carers, and equally people impacted directly by Dementia too.

The workshop (managed by Making Connections) will see a wide range of professionals and voluntary services, who will be here to provide guidance, advice and support for anyone who is impacted by Dementia. Some of the services in attendance are:

- Domicillary Care Providers
- Later Life & Memory Services
- Life Time Dementia Group
- Plus many more.
No appointment is needed, and the marketplace will be drop in.
